35 Year Reunion Information

Please print the two pages above, fill out and mail them to the address on the form, along with your check. The sooner the better to ensure plenty of food and seats for everyone! Pay by September 26, 2008 to avoid late fees. There is a limit on the number of walkups that can be accommodated, so please register early to make everything go smooth on our fun night. Thank You!

This website will serve as the primary contact and information resource for this and future reunions - check periodically for more info or refer to www.classmates.com. To save printing and postage costs and to reduce labor, the Reunion Committe will no longer mail reunion notices through the post office. If you wish to receive email updates to remain informed, register on Classmates.com or send your email address to the reunion committee. REMEMBER - keep your email address current and check this website periodically for the latest information. Email your suggestions for the reunion or the website.

Main Event:

Where: Holiday Inn Select Across from the Panama City Mall
When: October 10 & 11, 2008

Saturday Night – Main Event
Cost: $80.00 per person or $125.00 per couple. After September 27, including walkups at the event, the price is $95.00 per person or $150.00 couple.

Note: This price is for the Saturday Night Main Reunion Event, including Dinner, Entertainment and a Color Memory Book. It also includes Reunion printing costs, decorations, hall reservations, website fees and other expenses involved in planning the reunion. All other weekend events are at personal expense.

4:30 - 6:00 p.m.: Registration in Hotel Lobby

4:30 - 6:30 p.m.: Individual & Couple Photos in Hotel Lobby

4:30 - 7:00 p.m.: Social Hour

7:00 p.m.: Classmate Group Photograph in the Tea Room of the Lobby

7:15 - 8:00 p.m. Dinner

7:45 p.m. -1:00 a.m. Program/Dance/Fellowship

Let us tell you a little bit about what we have planned for you.

Friday Night is a casual night at the Chances R Lounge at the Holiday Inn Select.

The cost to you this night is only the drinks at the Bar.

We invite you to attend & enjoy each others' company and remember the “good ole days"

 

Accommodations:

Where: Holiday Inn Across from the Panama City Mall

Room Rates: $75.00 plus 6.5% sales tax per night. 20 rooms have been placed on hold for October 9th, 10th, & 11th, 2008. To receive the reduced rates, reservations must be made by Internet or calling directly to the Holiday Inn Select Panama City. Call 1-800-287-0037 and ask for the special rate for the Rutherford Class of 1973 (group code-RCR) at the Panama City. To receive the reduced rate, reservations must be made by phone or by the Internet no later than October 1, 2008. After this date, unreserved rooms will be returned to their normal rates.
